Warranty on Manufacturing Defects
At Taniah Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create.
- Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, and Fashion Rings are covered by a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.
- Fine Jewellery, including Earrings, Chains, Bracelets, and Pendants, is covered by a 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing issue, please contact our team and provide photos along with your order details for an initial assessment. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for your piece to be returned for further inspection and repair.
Should a manufacturing defect be verified, we will repair your jewellery and restore it to excellent condition at no additional repair cost.
Warranty Limitations
· Warranty coverage applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and is subject to review and approval by the Taniah Jewellery team.
· Once a warranty claim has been approved, a two-way shipping fee deposit will be required before the item is returned to us:
- Within Australia: AUD $25
- Outside Australia: AUD $100
· This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, loss of gemstones, theft, or any damage caused by human error.
· Minor signs of wear that naturally occur over time, including scratches, dents, and surface marks, are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
· Any repairs, resizing, modifications, or services carried out by a third party will void the warranty.
· Taniah Jewellery reserves the right to determine whether an issue is a manufacturing defect after a full assessment of the returned item.
Jewellery Care
To help preserve the beauty of your ring for years to come, we recommend removing it before any hands-on or strenuous activities. A simple habit to follow is to make your jewellery the last thing you put on before leaving home and the first thing you remove at the end of the day.
For added protection, we encourage removing your ring before exercising, participating in sports, gardening, washing dishes, or carrying out heavy household tasks to minimise everyday wear and tear. Taniah Jewellery also offer cleaning services, please contact us to know more.
Free Resizing
Engagement Ring and Wedding Band
Rings are meant to fit perfectly. We offer one complimentary resize service for engagement rings and wedding rings within the first 12 months of your ring ‘s completion. Please note that resizing your ring beyond 12 months from the order’s completion date, or after the complimentary resize has been utilised, will incur a fee.
How to Request a Resize
Please reach out to our team to arrange for your ring to be posted back to us. It is essential to provide the accurate new ring size you request. Only one complimentary resizing is granted per purchase. Please contact us through info@taniahjewellery.com
Free Resizing Terms and Conditions
- Taniah Jewellery offers one-time complimentary postage, both ways, for your one-time free resize within 1 year from your ring's completion date.
- Some rings cannot be resized due to the design. Please contact our team to find out if your ring can be resized.
