Taniah offers complimentary insured international shipping on orders over $500. Please note for security and privacy, all packages are shipped in unbranded, plain boxes and require an adult signature upon delivery.

Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 15 business days for production. Once completed, orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the destination address.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 20–23 business days from order date. The delivery times are estimates from our shipping partners. Peak periods and unforeseen events may affect these times. These circumstances are outside our control and are not covered under delivery guarantees.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for items that are unused, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates.
Please note that the following are not eligible for return:

• Customized or engraved pieces
• Items that have been resized or altered
• Damaged or soiled items (e.g., with cosmetics, perfumes, or signs of wear)
• Products returned due to personal preference without quality issues

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Engagement Ring and Wedding Band
Rings are meant to fit perfectly. We offer one complimentary resize service for engagement rings and wedding rings within the first 12 months of your ring 's completion. Please note that resizing your ring beyond 12 months from the order’s completion date, or after the complimentary resize has been utilised, will incur a fee.

How to Request a Resize
Please reach out to our team to arrange for your ring to be posted back to us. It is essential to provide the accurate new ring size you request. Only one complimentary resizing is granted per purchase. Please contact us through info@taniahjewellery.com

At Taniah Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create.

Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, and Fashion Rings are covered by a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Fine Jewellery, including Earrings, Chains, Bracelets, and Pendants, is covered by a 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing issue, please contact our team and provide photos along with your order details for an initial assessment. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for your piece to be returned for further inspection and repair.

Should a manufacturing defect be verified, we will repair your jewellery and restore it to excellent condition at no additional repair cost.
